Modelverse recognized for inclusivity and diversity with Women4Cyber Entrepreneurship Award
On March 21 2024, the European Women4Cyber Entrepreneurship Award was presented to Dutch cybersecurity company Modelverse. Women4Cyber aims to promote the inclusion of women and diversity in cyber security. Board members Reshma Pandohi Mishre MSc and Lili Guo MSc proudly accepted the award.
Based in Brussels, Women4Cyber is an initiative of the ECSO (European Cyber Security Organisation).
Innovative and Impactful
Women4Cyber was impressed by Modelverse's innovative solutions and significant market impact. Modelverse provides a cloud solution for managing all aspects of cyber security risks and compliance.
The Modelverse solution was developed to bring cyber security to the board level in an accessible way. Ownership of cyber security in the boardroom is becoming increasingly important due to growing cyber threats and expanding legislation in this area that organizations must comply with.
It is known that innovative solutions are more likely to be created by teams with a high level of diversity. The Women4Cyber Foundation emphasizes: "The fact that 50% of Modelverse's board is female underscores their commitment to diverse leadership in cyber security."
"Half of our partners are women, and this award is a wonderful recognition of our commitment to diverse and inclusive leadership in our industry," says Reshma Pandohi Mishre. Lili Guo adds: "Our industry lacks gender diversity, and with this award, we feel supported in our efforts to show that as a company, good intentions do not have to remain mere intentions."

The Women4Cyber Entrepreneurship Awards were presented on March 21, 2024, during the ECSO and Women4Cyber Awards Finals Ceremony in Bochum, Germany. The Women4Cyber Entrepreneurship Award was established in 2022 by the Women4Cyber Foundation to recognize female leadership in cyber security.
